Gary Bernstein
Founder / President

Gary Bernstein has over 25 plus years of experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry. As President of Superadio Networks and Radio One’s Syndication One, he built the largest concentration of African American content in the contemporary radio era including Wendy Williams, Rickey Smiley, Yolanda Adams, BeBe Winans, TD Jakes, Russ Parr, Al Sharpton, Donnie McClurkin, Walt “Baby” Love, Roland Martin, the Baka Boyz, and the world’s largest mix show network , just to name a new. As the consummate deal maker, he even brokered the sale of Superadio to Access 1 Communications for over 40 million dollars.

As the leading advertising executive in the Boston radio market for almost a decade at WEEI, Bernstein reinvented sports marketing and advertising with the Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots while accounting for over 50 percent of the station’s overall billing.  Bernstein, along with veteran Atlanta ad executive Johnny Dixon, recently formed the Creative Influence Shop, to help serve the needs of companies looking for innovative creative and strategies linking personalities/influencers with new-age marketing campaigns.

As a music manager and producer, Bernstein took teen sensation Ryan Beatty to the top of the pop charts as an independent artist before his signing with Interscope Records. In a groundbreaking move out of Jamaica, Bernstein, took a slightly known teen model, Samantha J, and turned her into a successful recording artist signing with Columbia Records and then Sony Norway. TMZ ultimately broke the news story related to Bernstein’s historic achievement. Oceanic Tradewinds is currently the home to Shockface, one of the emerging forces on the EDM scene. As a current trendsetter in the social media space, Bernstein is COO of social media touring company, Klik Events, which is home to the Boys Of Summer Tour, the largest and most successful tour in the influencer/artist touring sector.

As today’s super media agent and creative force, recently engineered high-profile deals for Frank Ski, Ralph Tresvant, Shorty Da Prince, DJ QuickSilva, Monie Love, Dominque Da Diva,  Danie B, FlyGuy DC, DJ Incognito, the Baka Boyz, Jerry Broadway, and Warren Ballentine. Being one of the few well-rounded individuals to attain significant milestones in radio, music, advertising, and television, Gary was the recipient of the prestigious Urban Knight Award honoring his many achievements in programming, advertising, and sales.

He also proudly graced the cover of the Princeton Global Network Top 100 alongside former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama honoring Bernstein as one of the International Top 100.  As a mentor to many local businesses, Gary serves on the advisory council for E For All, a national company supporting the needs and aspirations for emerging entrepreneurs.

Johnny Dixon

Advertising Manager

Atlanta native Johnny Dixon has been a part of the city’s rich media and music scene his entire professional life. He got his career start in radio and has worked in marketing, programming and research for CBS Radio and Infinity Broadcasting. After leaving radio, Johnny consulted for several independent record labels, helping to market and promote artists, shows and tours. During this time he began his advertising agency in an effort to build media awareness and consumer loyalty for artists, labels and other small businesses. He currently consults artists and manage radio personalities including: Mz Shyneka and Partyboi Duece as well as runs a media and music marketing ad agency. In 2019, he joined Fundamental Music doing A&R with a focus on hip hop and R&B. Most recently, he forged a partnership with Gary Bernstein and formed Creative Influence, an Atlanta based ad agency super serving the needs of brands, businesses, and creators.

As the Director of A&R at Oceanic Tradewinds he leads with intention—discovering and nurturing a new generation of genre-bending talent across EDM, hyperpop, and underground scenes. More than just signing artists, Josh is dedicated to shaping their creative worlds, helping build timeless moments through music, brand, and culture.

Chuck Field

Chuck Field started his career in radio in Dawson, Ga. at 17 years old. At 19, he became the youngest morning man in America at XHTZ/SanDiego. From there he made stops in New Orleans, Sacramento and San Francisco. 30 years ago, he made the transition into the music industry with stints at both Sony Music and Universal in New York and Los Angeles working for some of the biggest stars on the planet. Today he owns a music marketing company with his business partner John Christian in Scottsdale, Arizona.

JOHN CHRISTIAN IS A 35 YEAR MUSIC AND BROADCAST VETERAN with PROGRAMMING STOPS including  KXJM PORTLAND, KHQT SAN JOSE AND VP of PROGRAMMING at SILVERADO BROADCASTING. John is the founder of Pic Hitz LLC,  a company that designs and implements radio promotion and marketing campaigns for independent record labels and artists. John is also the current partner of DP Marketing Inc, a consulting firm working with over 50 radio station across six formats and utilized by major record companies weekly. John also consults several radio stations, program directors and air talents in large and small markets across America.

Tony Cagnolatti

Dallas bred artist manager, Tony Cagnolatti is a 14 year veteran in the music industry getting his start in high school selling tickets to help his cousin get an opening slots on Mac Millers ‘K.I.D.S.’ Tour. His hustle would lead him to an internship with Conception Crafters an artist management company working with legendary acts such as Pretty Lights Music and Griz. After a stint at a Incubate Talent Group, Tony broke off to begin his own management company called Tru Management where he is poised to lead the next generation of prolific electronic music artist.

Mike Abrams

Touring Manager

Mike programmed some of the biggest terrestrial radio stations in cities such as New York, Atlanta and Phoenix. He was the musical driving force behind the nation’s first and biggest hip-hop station, HOT 97 NYC. As an award-winning programmer, Mike evolved into producing big events with world class musical artists. After seeing a shift in how people consumed music and entertainment, Mike went on to leverage his skills as Senior Director at XM (now Sirius XM) and later at iHeartMedia, and TuneIn Radio. In 2014, Mike started the BOYS OF SUMMER tour, which was conceived around the notion of merging musical artists with young influencers. The young women in attendance always wanted to see “THE BOYS,” thus the innovative and unique branding of this stellar event. The inaugural tour visited two cities and is now hitting-up to 31 cities. The tour has become the most popular, well-executed, profitable social media tour in the country.
