DJ Josh Bernstein Selected Amongst 16 People To Watch In 2016!
Emerging EDM producer/DJ Josh Bernstein has been selected by Pulse Magazine as one of the top 16 people to watch in 2016. At just 17-years-old, the High School Senior at St. John’s is the youngest to be featured on this prestigious list. This should come as no surprise since Bernstein entered 2016 with a highly productive 2015 behind him. The year included opening up at the DCU center for DJ Carnage as part of “Life in Color” (the largest touring EDM Event) in front of 10-thousand people, headlining “I’m Schmacked” in NYC at Club Amazura, securing a resident DJ gig for all LA events hosted by social media company Klik (including Winter Lights, Virtuoso Fest, and Cinco), as well as being a road DJ for Columbia Records artist Samantha J during a couple of her tour stops across the USA.
Besides being a DJ in the booth, Bernstein also devoted a heavy portion of 2015 shining up his production chops. He was seen in the studio with Grammy award winners Redone and R.City in Los Angeles, and was consistently releasing remixes and original productions, capped off by winning a number of international remix contests.
On the video side, Bernstein also Self-Directed, acted and produced several music videos including the ‘Like That’ clip for Elion V. Bernstein was also interviewed and featured in several publications including” The Shrewsbury Chronicle,” “Worcester Magazine,” “Yahoo,” “Boston Business Journal,” and the “International Business Journal.” When asked about what it was like to receive this amazing honor for 2016, Bernstein stated that he was more focused on the future, which translates into doing more shows, making more music, and simply raising the bar on everything he is doing.
Bernstein began 2016 by DJ’ing at Club Ascend in downtown Boston.
